We stayed at a hotel that offered great views of the countryside and beach. It was very close to several popular tourist attractions and had a convenient shuttle service. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast included a variety of options to choose from.
Our experience was ruined by the lack of cleanliness in our room and shared spaces. the floors were dirty, and the communal areas were not well maintained.

I have taken all my expectations covered during the accomodation. In a calm, quiet environment, they serve the possibility to get relax with your mate. They have an exquisite tasted kitchen that i liked in spite of being a conservative man on tasting something new. Despite the weather was not very suitable, the pool working until 1900L was perfect for my kids. The rooms' furnishings were perfect and useful. The bathtube also was perfect in deluxe room. I enjoyed many things i have seen in this hotel.
Especially in first night there was severe bad odor outside probably coming from the farms around. In Trully room there were lots of small harmless insects around. And lastly, a lounge where you can sit and drink something with your mate or lonely would be better particularly for the evenings after sunset. But those issues are really not big deal.

Quiet, peaceful, excellent pool - pleasant feel to place to help one relax. Some of the staff were very helpful - Sonya in particular - others I think were restricted by their language capabilities. Good location to explore the surrounding villages and not too far from the coast if you wanted to visit the beach. Beach club which the hotel uses is pleasant if you like sitting on crowded beaches on rows of loungers.
No bar to relax in adter the pool closed. Food at restaurant was fine but a little pretentious. Guests were kicked out of pool at 5 pm one evening due to wedding party being held. Also weddings seem to restrict access to certain other areas at times. Some of the grounds needed maintenance as large areas were covered in weeds - on the whole the gardens were very pleasant though. A map of the whole location would have helped at the beginning as it took a while to find out where everything was.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway. Tucked away in a forest of cherry trees, the hotel offers a serene and quiet atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the area, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. the hotel provides easy access to a beach club on the coast at Savellitri, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful coastline.
One drawback mentioned by guests is that the staff can be inexperienced. Some guests experienced issues with check-in and felt that the staff were unprepared for their arrival.

Unconventional & stylish layout & location is stunning. Restaurant & housekeeping staff particularly friendly & helpful.
All but two of the reception staff were unfriendly and only grudgingly helpful. Other than the restaurant for lunch & dinner, there were no facilities open to have a coffee or a drink - the rooms have mini-bars but with eye-watering prices. Guests take a decided second place to the hotel's weddings business.

The hotel boasts fantastic and well-kept grounds with a large and luxurious pool area, perfect for those hot summer days. The air-conditioned rooms are comfortable and modern, with a spacious feel to them. The breakfast selection is comprehensive, offering a good start to the day.
The internet is not great and there's no in-room Wi-Fi, only in public spaces. the outside tables were not always set or even available, and the restaurant is quite expensive.

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were pleasant and comfortable, food was excellent. The setting and property were spectacular--definitely a high point of our stay in Puglia.
Bathroom amenities were a bit meager (i.e. no bath tissues, small shower. The shower leaked. Access to WiFI was some distance from our rooms and from the Reception, in rather remote part of the property. Directions to get there over country roads could have been somewhat clearer.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful and secluded area where we could truly relax and unwind. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including room service, car and bicycle hire, and laundry facilities. We loved the warm welcome we received upon arrival, complete with a refreshing welcome drink. The rooms were beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a minibar. We especially enjoyed the private balcony where we could sit and enjoy the stunning views. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
